FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the $129.95 annual membership?

One price. Every feature. One full year. It's a single upfront payment of $129.95 that covers your complete DeerMapper membership for 12 months, including the DeerMapper Adapter.

What is the DeerMapper Adapter?

It's the hardware included with your annual membership that connects your trail-camera SD card to your phone. Pull the card from your camera, connect it with the DeerMapper Adapter, select that camera or location in DeerMapper, and tap Start. DeerMapper imports only the new photos, preserves their original capture date and time, and files them to the camera you selected, even without cell service.

Does DeerMapper work with cellular trail cameras?

DeerMapper currently works with trail-camera photos imported by SD card rather than connecting directly to cellular-camera platforms. If your camera uses a removable SD card and you can access the original compatible image files, those photos may be imported through DeerMapper's normal SD-card workflow.

Can I use different brands of trail cameras with DeerMapper?

Yes. Your cameras, one hunting history. Use the DeerMapper Adapter to bring compatible trail-camera photos from cameras across your property into one DeerMapper history, even when you're using different camera brands, instead of keeping your intelligence fragmented by camera ecosystem.

What devices does DeerMapper run on?

DeerMapper is available on iPhone through the App Store, on Android through Google Play, and on the web, including a desktop companion for deeper analysis. Your membership covers all of them with one login.

Are more features coming?

Yes. Because we have a strong technical foundation to build on, we have many more features coming. Stay tuned.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Enter your credit card to activate your account and get instant, full access to every DeerMapper feature. You won't be charged for the first 14 days, the trial gives you time to drop pins, upload sightings, and see real predictions on your land before you commit.

When does my card get charged?

On day 15. If you keep your membership active through the end of the trial, we bill the one-time $129.95 fee for your first year of DeerMapper. You'll get an email receipt the moment the charge goes through.

What happens if I cancel during the trial?

Cancel any time in the first 14 days and you pay $0, no partial charges, no fees. Your account access continues until the trial period ends, then closes automatically.

What does the $129.95/yr membership include?

Everything. Unlimited pins, sightings, and trail-cam uploads; the full Map, Scout, Hunt, and Evolve technology; the iPhone and Android apps; the web app and desktop companion; wind, moon, and pressure overlays; the DeerMapper Adapter; and email and phone support.

Do you offer a monthly plan?

No. DeerMapper is an annual membership paid as one $129.95 payment. Hunting patterns are seasonal, and the AI needs a full year of movement, weather, and pressure to sharpen its predictions, so the membership term is always 12 months.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Possibly. Some states tax digital services and software subscriptions and some do not. Any applicable state or local tax is calculated based on your billing address and shown at checkout before you confirm.

Does the membership renew automatically?
